Since 1948, St. Francis Rehabilitation & Nursing Center has proudly served the healthcare needs of thousands of residents across the Lakes Region through high-quality short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and independent living.

Half of our spacious 51 rooms are private, giving you a level of comfort, safety and privacy you won’t find elsewhere. The views here are breathtaking, whether you’re enjoying your front-row seat to the beauty of Lake Winnisquam from our brand new, state-of-the-art rehab gym, or taking in the White Mountains on the horizon while lounging on our outdoor patio. We give you every opportunity to relax, engage in your surroundings and simply enjoy all facets of life.

There’s never a dull moment either, with plenty of music, entertainment, games and special activities on a daily basis.

We are conveniently located on Court Street in Laconia, a short drive away from Lakes Region General Hospital and easily accessible to all parts of the Lakes Region.
